Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wireless Nerds website (https://wirelessnerds.ca) and the services we provide in-store at 3346 Keele St, North York, ON M3J 1R3. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products & Services

Wireless Nerds is an authorized Bell dealer. We sell new Bell phones and plans, pre-owned devices, Bell Fibe Internet, and related wireless services. All new device activations and plan subscriptions are subject to Bell Canada's terms of service in addition to ours.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices shown on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are updated regularly from Bell's systems.
  • Prices for new plans and devices are set by Bell Canada and may change without notice.
  • Pre-owned phone prices are set by Wireless Nerds and reflect condition, storage, and market value.
  • All transactions are completed in-store — we do not process online payments through this website.
  • Applicable taxes are additional unless stated otherwise.

Pre-Owned Phones

Every pre-owned phone sold at Wireless Nerds goes through our detailed inspection process (the "Nerd Audit"), which includes battery health, speaker, screen, and connectivity checks. We only sell devices we'd use ourselves.

  • Condition grades (Excellent, Good, Fair) are based on our inspection and clearly labelled.
  • Pre-owned phones do not carry a manufacturer warranty. We stand behind our inspection and are happy to address any issues — visit us in-store.
  • All pre-owned phone sales are final unless the device has a defect that was not disclosed at the time of sale.

Bell Plans & Activations

  • When you activate a Bell plan through us, you enter into an agreement with Bell Canada. Bell's Fair Use Policy, acceptable use policies, and service terms apply.
  • Device financing (lease or finance) is provided by Bell Canada, not Wireless Nerds. Monthly device payments, early cancellation fees, and device return policies are governed by your agreement with Bell.
  • We help you choose the best plan and explain all terms before you sign — but the contractual relationship for wireless service is between you and Bell Canada.

Website Use

  • The content on this website is for informational purposes. While we update pricing and availability regularly, we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy for all listings.
  • You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute content from this website without written permission.
  • We use cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) as described in our Privacy Policy.

WN Members Program

Our WN Members program offers referral rewards and member perks. By signing up, you agree to the following:

  • Referral rewards are paid via e-Transfer after the referred customer completes their activation in-store.
  • Wireless Nerds reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Abuse of the referral system (fake referrals, self-referrals, etc.) may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid rewards.

Limitation of Liability

Wireless Nerds provides this website and its content on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
