We're located on Keele Street in North York, Toronto — just down the street from Downsview Park. There's free parking on-site and we're easy to reach by TTC.
What are your store hours?
We're open Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. No appointment needed — just walk in.
Do you do phone repairs?
We focus on selling quality pre-owned phones and Bell plans. For repairs, we can point you to trusted local repair shops we work with.
Is Wireless Nerds an authorized Bell dealer?
Yes. We're an authorized Bell dealer, which means we can set you up with any Bell mobile plan, BYOD plan, or Bell Fibe Internet package — with the same plans and pricing you'd get at a Bell corporate store.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during store hours. Whether you want to browse phones, ask about plans, or trade in a device, just come on in.
