We're the Nerds.
A team of phone enthusiasts who believe you deserve honest advice, fair prices, and a buying experience that doesn't feel like a sales pitch.
Our Story
We started Wireless Nerds because we were tired of the way phone shops treated customers — pushy sales, hidden fees, and devices sold without proper inspection.
Every phone we sell gets our full nerd treatment: battery health check, speaker test, screen inspection, and a pricing review to make sure it's fair. We don't list devices we wouldn't use ourselves.
For Bell plans, we pull pricing every morning so you always see what's current. No bait and switch, no “let me check with my manager.” The price you see is the price you get.
As an authorized Bell dealer, you get the exact same Bell network, plans, and account support you'd get at a corporate store — but our advertised prices are usually lower, because we apply every Bell credit you qualify for and show the final price up front. Many stores either can't stack those credits or simply don't advertise them. There are no hidden dealer fees and no sales quotas here.

Frequently Asked Questions

We're located on Keele Street in North York, Toronto — just down the street from Downsview Park. There's free parking on-site and we're easy to reach by TTC.
What are your store hours?
We're open Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. No appointment needed — just walk in.
Do you do phone repairs?
We focus on selling new and pre-owned phones and Bell plans. For repairs, we can point you to trusted local repair shops we work with.
Is Wireless Nerds an authorized Bell dealer, and is that as good as buying from Bell directly?
Yes, we're an authorized Bell dealer — and it's actually better for most customers. You get the exact same Bell network, plans, and account support as a Bell corporate store, with no hidden dealer fees and no sales quotas. Our advertised prices are usually lower because we apply every Bell credit you qualify for and show the final price up front, where many stores don't. There's no downside to going through us instead of Bell directly.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during store hours. Whether you want to browse phones, ask about plans, or trade in a device, just come on in.
