What does phone condition mean (Excellent, Good, Fair)?
Excellent means the phone looks nearly new with minimal signs of use. Good means there may be light scratches or minor cosmetic wear, but everything works perfectly. Fair means noticeable cosmetic wear (scratches, small dents) but the phone is fully functional. We inspect every device and grade it honestly.
Do your phones come with a warranty?
We stand behind every phone we sell. If something is wrong with the device that wasn't disclosed at the time of purchase, bring it back and we'll make it right. Ask in-store for details on our return policy.
Are your phones unlocked?
Yes. Every phone we sell is unlocked and can be used with any Canadian carrier — Bell, Rogers, Telus, Freedom, or any of their sub-brands.
Can I try a phone before buying it?
Absolutely. Come in-store and you can hold, test, and compare any phone we have in stock. We encourage it — picking the right phone is easier when you can feel it in your hand.
Can I reserve a phone online?
Yes. Call us first so we can confirm the phone is still available, then we'll email you our Interac e-Transfer (EMT) details. To hold a used phone, we ask for the full purchase price by EMT — once we receive it, the phone is yours and waiting for pickup. Standard refund policy applies; we'll go over it on the call.
