What is the difference between a flip phone and a smartphone here?

The flip phones are simple devices with big buttons and a small screen — perfect if you mainly want calls and texts. The smartphones are easy-to-use touchscreen phones that can also do video calls, photos, and apps. We help you choose what fits best when you call to confirm.

Should I pick monthly or yearly?

Yearly bundles are paid up-front for the whole year and usually cost less per month overall. Monthly bundles are billed each month — easier to start and stop, no big up-front cost. If you're not sure, we recommend monthly for the first time.

What is White-Glove setup, and is it really free?

Yes, it's completely free. After you submit your request and send the EMT (Interac e-Transfer), we activate the phone, set up the SIM, and pre-program any names and phone numbers you give us — right onto the homescreen for the smartphone, or in the contacts list for the flip phone. When you come in to pick up, the phone just works.

How does the reservation work?

Submit the form on this page, and our team will call you to confirm stock and explain the EMT details. Once we receive your EMT, your phone is officially reserved. If you chose White-Glove setup, we start prepping your phone immediately so it's ready for pickup.

What if I have questions before I commit?

Call or email us first — we're happy to walk you (or a family member) through the options. There is no obligation when you submit the form; nothing is final until you send the EMT.

Can a family member do this for me?

Absolutely. Many of our senior customers have a son, daughter, or grandchild fill out the form on their behalf. Just enter the senior's name and phone number on the form, and we'll coordinate the rest.
