Overview

The Nerd Rewards program ("Program") is operated by Wireless Nerds ("we," "us," or "our") at 3346 Keele St, North York, ON M3J 1R3. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these terms and the general Terms of Service, these Nerd Rewards Program Terms will govern with respect to the Program.

Definitions

Points — A virtual currency earned through eligible activities. Points have no monetary value and exist solely for use within the Program.
Nerd Bucks — Store credit awarded through the Spin Game. Nerd Bucks can be redeemed for eligible items in-store at Wireless Nerds.
Spin — An action that costs a set number of Points (displayed in your dashboard). Each Spin produces a random outcome determined by the system.
Free Spin — A Spin that does not require Points, awarded through milestones, promotions, or signup bonuses.
Jackpot Entry — A raffle entry earned each time you complete a Spin. Entries are pooled for the quarterly Jackpot draw.
Milestone — A one-time achievement that awards bonus Points and/or Free Spins when its conditions are met.
Streak — Consecutive calendar days of daily check-ins. Missing a day resets your current Streak to zero.

Eligibility

You must be a registered WN Member to participate.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate rewards is prohibited.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The Program is available to customers located in Ontario, Canada.

Earning Points

Points are awarded for eligible activities, which currently include:

Daily check-ins to your member dashboard
Uploading Bell contracts
Setting price-drop alerts
Completing your Nerd Advisor profile
Leaving a Google review (subject to admin verification)
Successful referral sales
Signup bonus (awarded once upon registration)

The number of Points awarded for each activity is displayed in your member dashboard and may be adjusted at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify eligible earning activities without notice.

Spins & Prizes

Points can be exchanged for Spins at the rate displayed in your dashboard.
Every Spin awards a prize — either Nerd Bucks store credit or, occasionally, a limited accessory item.
Prize outcomes are determined by a weighted random system at the time of each Spin. Outcomes and their probabilities are set by Wireless Nerds and may be changed at any time.
Limited accessory prizes are subject to monthly availability caps. If a limited prize has reached its cap, the Spin will award Nerd Bucks instead.
Free Spins may be awarded through milestones, promotions, or as part of the signup bonus. Free Spins function identically to regular Spins but do not require Points.

Nerd Bucks — No Cash Value

Nerd Bucks are store credit redeemable only at Wireless Nerds for eligible items. They are subject to the following restrictions:

Nerd Bucks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cheques, e-Transfer, or any other form of payment.
Nerd Bucks are not legal tender and are not redeemable outside of Wireless Nerds.
Nerd Bucks are non-transferable. They cannot be sold, gifted, assigned, or transferred to another person or account.
Nerd Bucks cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated by Wireless Nerds.
We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your account or Nerd Bucks balance.

Redemption

To redeem Nerd Bucks, submit a redemption request through your member dashboard specifying the amount and desired item.
A minimum redemption amount applies and is displayed in your dashboard.
All redemptions are subject to staff review and item availability. Wireless Nerds reserves the right to cancel a redemption request and refund the Nerd Bucks to your account.
Eligible redemption items currently include: phone cases, screen protectors, cables, chargers, and credit toward pre-owned phone purchases.
The list of eligible items may change at any time. Items are subject to in-store availability.
Redemptions are fulfilled in-store at 3346 Keele St, North York, ON M3J 1R3. We do not ship redeemed items.

Streaks & Milestones

Streaks are earned by checking in to your dashboard on consecutive calendar days. Missing a day resets your current Streak to zero, but your longest Streak is preserved for milestone tracking.
Milestones reward you for reaching specific achievements (e.g., streak length, number of referrals, account anniversaries). Each Milestone can be claimed once.
Milestone thresholds and rewards are displayed in your dashboard and may be modified at any time by Wireless Nerds.

Quarterly Jackpot

Every Spin earns one Jackpot Entry. Members with more entries have proportionally better odds in the draw.
The Jackpot draw takes place quarterly on the date announced in the member dashboard, at Wireless Nerds's sole discretion.
The winner is selected by weighted random draw and notified via their registered contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a new winner may be drawn.
The Jackpot prize is as described in the member dashboard. There is no cash alternative for the prize, and the prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted except at Wireless Nerds's discretion.
Wireless Nerds reserves the right to modify the prize, draw date, or draw frequency at any time.

The Quarterly Jackpot is a promotional giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter — you may obtain a free Jackpot Entry by visiting us in-store at 3346 Keele St, North York, ON M3J 1R3 and requesting one. Limit one free entry per person per quarter.

Program Modifications

Wireless Nerds reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Program — including but not limited to Point earning rates, Spin costs, prize values and probabilities, redemption minimums, Milestone thresholds, and Jackpot prizes — at any time, with or without notice. Changes take effect when updated in the member dashboard. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Suspension & Abuse

Wireless Nerds may suspend or terminate your rewards account, at our sole discretion, if we determine that you have engaged in any of the following:

Fraudulent activity, including creating fake referrals or self-referrals
Operating multiple accounts
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to earn Points or Spins
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors
Any other activity that we reasonably determine to be an abuse of the Program

Upon suspension or termination, all accumulated Points, Nerd Bucks, Free Spins, and Jackpot Entries are forfeited immediately and cannot be recovered.

Expiration & Forfeiture

Currently, Points and Nerd Bucks do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
Wireless Nerds reserves the right to introduce an expiration policy for Points and/or Nerd Bucks in the future with at least 90 days' prior notice communicated via email or your member dashboard.
All balances (Points, Nerd Bucks, Free Spins, and Jackpot Entries) are forfeited upon voluntary account closure, involuntary account suspension, or termination of the Program.

Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from rewards received through the Program, including Nerd Bucks store credit and Jackpot prizes. Wireless Nerds does not provide tax advice and does not issue tax receipts for Program rewards.

Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wireless Nerds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to:

Technical errors, system downtime, or data loss affecting your account balance or history
Unauthorized access to your account
Errors in Point or Nerd Bucks calculations
Changes to prize availability or values

Our maximum liability in connection with the Program is limited to the value of your current Nerd Bucks balance at the time the claim arises.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
