What are Nerd Bucks?
Nerd Bucks are store credit you win from spinning the wheel. They can be redeemed in-store for phone cases, screen protectors, cables, chargers, and credit toward pre-owned phone purchases. Nerd Bucks have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.
How do I earn points?
You earn points by doing things in your member dashboard — daily check-ins, uploading Bell contracts, setting price alerts, completing your Nerd Advisor profile, leaving a Google review, and referring friends. You also get a signup bonus when you first join.
How much can I win from a spin?
Every spin wins something. Prizes currently range from $2 to $100 in Nerd Bucks, with occasional limited accessories like chargers. Most spins award $2, with higher amounts at lower odds. Prize values and odds may change over time.
Do my points or Nerd Bucks expire?
No — your points and Nerd Bucks do not currently expire as long as your account is active and in good standing. If an expiration policy is ever introduced, we will give at least 90 days' notice.
What can I redeem Nerd Bucks for?
You can redeem Nerd Bucks for phone cases, screen protectors, cables, chargers, and credit toward pre-owned phones. Submit a redemption request from your dashboard, and our team will fulfill it in-store. A minimum redemption amount applies.
How does the quarterly jackpot work?
Every spin earns you one jackpot entry. At the end of each quarter, we draw a winner at random — members with more entries have better odds. The prize is announced in your dashboard. No purchase is necessary to enter; you can request a free entry by visiting us in-store.
What happens if I miss a day in my streak?
Missing a day resets your current streak to zero, but your longest streak is saved. Milestones like the 7-day and 30-day streak bonuses check your longest streak, so past progress is never lost.
