 What is covered and for how long?

Wireless Nerds warrants this handset under a limited warranty that is described in detail below, for up to 1 year from the first purchaser.

What is not covered?

The limited warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the product.

This limited warranty does not cover. (a) Defects or damage from misuse, Damage caused by liquid or moisture, excessive dirt and dust (b) Cosmetic damage, scratches or dents (c) Damage due to software modification (d) Tampering with the physical hardware (e) Accessories including the headset, charger, data cable and battery.  

What are Wireless Nerds obligations?

Wireless Nerds will replace or repair the device at Wireless Nerds discretion at no cost.  The replacement parts or device may be refurbished or new.   All accessories such as screen protectors, TPU cases will not be replaced.  Wireless Nerds shall not be held responsible for any data lost during repair of the device.  It is solely up to the user of the device to backup all information before sending it in for repair.

What must you do to obtain warranty service?

To obtain service under this limited warranty, you must send the device to an authorized Wireless Nerds service center.  To obtain assistance on how and where to deliver the product, please email warranty@wirelessnerds.ca
